BOOKING & APPOINTMENTS
Booking appointments at theSHED can be done through our online booking system or by calling the shop directly. Walk-ins are always welcomed but not always guaranteed a service.
- When booking a hair appointment at theSHED for the first time, a credit card will be required to complete your guest profile. Your credit card will not be charged unless you fail to comply with our cancellation policy. Please reference below for further details on our cancellation policy.
- Appointments booked online will be subject for approval.
- Hair color appointments are subject to a non-refundable deposit of $50 and can only be booked after an in person thorough color consultation with your stylist. Your deposit will go towards your color service.
- To ensure the quality and integrity of our work, please show up to your appointment on time as we can only give a 10 minute grace period before your appointment is forfeited or rescheduled.
- Keep in mind we are not an “in and out” fast service type of shop and some of our hair appointments average around 4 to 6 hours (depending on the service) to achieve the requested end result. Please plan accordingly. Your stylist will communicate with you on what to expect on your appointment day.
- To increase your chances of getting an appointment, booking 72+ hours in advance is recommended.
- Please do not book an appointment to retouch something that was done at another salon. We do not mimic or retouch someone else’s work.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds! We are highly trained professionals and have worked very hard to exceed at what we do. We stand by our work! If you aren’t satisfied with your end result, we would love to make the proper modifications needed to exceed your expectations. Modifications are offered within a 7 day grace period from your original date of service.
CANCELLATION
Due to the length and technicality of our services, we enforce a very strict cancellation policy. Please keep in mind that being service providers is how we make a living and cancellations can put a damper in our livelihood. We ask that you respect your stylist/therapist and cancel within a timely manner.
- To avoid a cancellation fee, please make the necessary changes within 48 hours prior to your appointment date and time.
- A non-refundable cancellation fee of $50 will be charged to the credit card on file if you fail to cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled hair appointment. If you decide to cancel the same day of your appointment, 50% of your scheduled hair service will be charged to the credit card on file.
- For spa services, a non-refundable cancellation fee of $25 will be charged if you fail to cancel within 48 hours.
- NO SHOWS will not be tolerated and 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the credit card on file.
NO LITTLE ONES
To ensure the safety of your little ones and our team, we ask that you leave your children at home. We feel that our salon setting isn’t fit for children, so please be sure to make arrangements before visiting theSHED Hair Studio. We understand this could be challenging but the safety of our guests is our team’s priority.
